USA Grass Golf Return Policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we'll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them with all un opened protective plastic.
Items must still be in their original packaging with all original tags attached.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return: Email us at garysl0002@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Package your items securely (in the original box if possible) and drop the package off at the nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx location to our address below.

Refunds:Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days

Return Shipping Costs:Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exceptions/Final Sale ItemsThe following items are non-returnable:  Gift cards, personalized items, sale items, demo or used items.
